Edition numbers
PullProof prevents two active assignments in the same edition. Withdrawing a real impression keeps its number retired. Use Correct recorded number only when the ledger entry—not the physical impression—was wrong.
Classification, editions and references
A pull classification describes the impression. Edition or proof-series membership is optional. An eligible unnumbered pull can receive an available number later. The current reference is a separate role with its own history.
Backups
Complete Backup includes every record and managed photo with checksums. It is all-or-nothing: if space is insufficient, no incomplete package is created. Restore stages and verifies the complete package before atomically merging or replacing your library.
